人脐带间充质干细胞说明:

   

       间充质干细胞在成人的干细胞中数量恒定。它们有发育为成熟细胞的潜在能力而产生脂肪、软骨、骨骼和肌肉。这些特性与它们发育中的可塑性共同作用使人们对用间充质干细胞来替换受损组织的潜在能力产生了极大的兴趣。分离于脐带脐带胶样组织中的间充质干细胞,在体外逐步培养在适于神经元生长的,含有sonic hedgehog和FGF-8的培养基中将转换为神经细胞和神经胶质,加入5-胞嘧啶将分化为心肌细胞,培养在适于心肌细胞生长的培养基中,将转化成脂肪和成骨质谱系。它们表达基质受体CD44和CD105,但不表达造血系统标志物CD34和大量地间充质干细胞标志物SH2和SH3。   


       人间充质干细胞-脐带(HUMSC)提取于人沃顿氏脐带,于第一代冻存。每管含有细胞数>5×105cells/ml,此细胞通过CD44, CD73免疫荧光染色验证,经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。

We use CD73, CD90, and CD105 to characterize both 7530 and 7150 cells.
