人主动脉平滑肌细胞说明:   


       平滑肌细胞(SMC)是导致动脉疾病发展的主要因素。血管SMC向增殖表型转化的能力是血管疾病发展和进展的主要因素之一。最近的研究表明,SMC表达钙通道、ICAM-1和VCAM-1。细胞间黏附分子-1和VCAM-1在SMC上的表达可能参与血管壁的炎症反应,并可能积极参与血管疾病的进展。培养的血管SMC在血管疾病的研究中具有重要作用,可用于确定治疗动脉疾病的新靶点。

       人主动脉平滑肌细胞(HASMC)提取于人大动脉组织,原代冻存。每管含有细胞数>5×105cells/ml,HASMC具有特异性α-平滑肌肌动蛋白和结蛋白抗体的免疫荧光特征。HASMC对HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌呈阴性。在科学研究实验室规定的条件下,细胞可以达到15倍增。
