人少突胶质前体细胞--贴壁生长说明：
少突胶质前体细胞是Raff、Miller 和Noble于1993年首次发现，并已进行了深入的研究。在文献中，前体细胞指少突细胞型的星形胶质细胞祖细胞或少突胶质细胞前体细胞。发育中和成熟的中枢神经系统都含有少突胶质前体细胞。少突胶质细胞和中枢神经系统中的髓磷脂组成细胞，均来源于少突前体细胞。在培养中，少突前体细胞在基本的成纤维细胞生长因子存在的情况下可产生于神经祖细胞或神经干细胞，OPC在血小板衍生的生长因子或星形胶质细胞产生的生长因子存在的情况下才能增殖，并分化成为成熟的少突胶质细胞。正因如此，它们为研究发育转型提供了特殊的细胞种群。
人少突胶质前体细胞－贴壁生长(HOPC)提取于人脑组织，原代冻存。每管含有细胞数>1×106cells/ml，此细胞通过A2B5和Nestin免疫荧光染色验证，经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。
