人肺微血管内皮细胞说明: 

       

        肺微血管内皮细胞构成半选择性屏障,该屏障对于肺气体交换,调节液体和可溶物在血液与肺间质之间的流动具有重要意义。它还具有代谢功能,可以执行一定的非呼吸功能。在肺损伤中,PMECs是活性氧类的重要靶细胞之一。在肺炎的发生过程中,神经体液介质和氧化剂作用于内皮细胞,使得细胞间隙渗透性增加,蛋白质由血液进入间质。细胞间隙渗透性的增加导致低氧血症,出现成人呼吸窘迫综合征和非心源性肺水肿。   


        人肺微血管内皮细胞(HPMEC)提取于人肺组织,细胞提取纯化之后,原代冻存。每管含有细胞数>5×105 cells/ml,此细胞通过vWF/Factor VIII 和CD31 (P-CAM)免疫荧光染色验证,经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。细胞可以达到10倍增。
