Cardiomyocyte Plating Medium Supplement (CPMS) is designed as an additive for Cardiomyocyte Plating Medium (CPM, Cat. #5921) and should be used in conjunction with that medium. CPMS is a sterile, concentrated (50X) solution which contains small molecules, hormones, and proteins. The complete CPM significantly improves the viability and attachment of the hPSC-derived cardiomyocytes revived from liquid nitrogen (HPSC-CC, Cat. #6240).
